Bob Sullivan is the founding partner of Accountants Direct and has more than 12
years experience in the accounting, recruiting and technology industries.
Bob began his professional career in 1995 with Atlanta's own Turner Broadcasting
System as an accountant. He was responsible for general ledger accounting
functions including journal entries, bank and balance sheet reconciliation,
intercompany accounts, financial and variance analysis, forecasting, budgeting,
and long-range planning.
In 1998, Bob joined Romac International (Kforce) first as a recruiter and subsequently
as director of new business development. In a very competitive environment, he played
a key sales role, resulting in consistent revenue growth and improved profits for
the business unit. Bob's prior background also includes a sales role with VCG, Inc.,
a developer of staffing and recruiting software solutions. While with VCG, he
gained significant exposure and knowledge of the staffing industry enabling him
to implement a cutting-edge technology solution for Accountants Direct. Bob is a
1994 graduate of St. Bonaventure University where he graduated with a bachelor's
of science in accounting.
Bob founded Accountants Direct in 2003 with this solitary guiding principle: Treat
